Freelance Writing

I find the creative part of freelance writing to be the most interesting and the most difficult. As I have a resourceful, or some say tenacious nature, I thrive on the challenge of the hunt for the right words which enhance not embellish the subject at hand. Rather than becoming intoxicated with the exuberance of my own verbosity … I write for the reader.

A writer’s self-motivation can come from a variety of sources, and one of my biggest motivators is my quest for knowledge. Many of my freelance writing topics are as a direct result of my dedication to lifelong learning and improving upon my business skills. I also get inspiration and guidance from some of my other favourite pastimes which include cooking , reading, and travelling. My skills as a technical writer have definitely benefited from my interest in the culinary arts.

I write with the hope that the reader will find something to take away with him. Perhaps I enlightened a small business owner to the practicality of export insurance, or gave a hassled supervisor an insight to ways of improving workplace collegiality.
